Jason has been manager for over 10 years and has seen many changes – the old stadium going down and a new one rising – with a massive increase in visitors to the design centre, the arena and more recently the theatre.

We are proud of our people and recognise the importance of training. We not only do 1-1 coaching and support but also participate in the ‘Essentials’ learning programme.
This programme covers best practice for service and be alert to all the duty of care responsibilities required for a safe and secure visit. There are quizzes and a final exam to reinforce learning and staff rewarded with a certificate on completion
